What models had the TAN-leather interior

Anyone know when vw started to have the TAN-leather in the corrado, and did they offer it till they stopped producing the corrado?

Also is it *very* rare in germany/europe?, seem to be more TAN over in the US.

Also was the "BBS Solitudes" only sold with the Storm? (if not are they still hard to get hold of?)

What is TAN Leather? Do you have any pictures of it? I've never heard it before.

The leather equipment was offered already from 1988 as an extra equipment for the Corrado von VW.
At the beginning there was the leather only in black and from the model year 1990 there was also the leather in beige.
From the model year 1991 there were two leather kinds (Normally and Connolly leaders) and three leathercolors: black, gray and beige.

You can buy the leather from different companies.

Especially the Connolly leather is also rare in Germany because it was quite expensive.

Ok, thnx for the info......always thought all the "tab-leather" seats where conolly, guess it's not, btw was conolly only delivered in tan or also black?

Is there any way to check what type of leather it is when looking at cars? (without *very* close look at the leather itselfe)?
