I know on my 95 I can not see the blink codes on a LED, I must have a PC program to get the info of fault codes. I know about Ross in USA. Have anyone bought from him or anyone else. What can you recommend. Links are appreciated.

The Uwe Ross vag tool is an excellent product. In the OBD1 vr6, meaning to say all pre 1995.5 vr6 engines which nearly all Corrado's have, you will only be able to retrieve diagnostic information from the engine and ABS brakes.

. It's really worth the price, maybe you can share the program with some friends, although it's not really expensive, you'll pay some bucks less then.
The other people sell their diagnostic software at least for $100 more.
