Also got a letter from KBA in Germany, but not 100% sure what it says, as they replied in German, so if anyone could help translate it (especially interested in what they say about how I can identify the payment to them, and what I get back when I have made the payment, thnx.
The letter:
Zunächst möchte ich Ihnen mitteilen, dass dem Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt Zulassungsbescheinigungen Teil II (ZBII)/Fahrzeugbriefe weder im Original noch in Fotokopien oder Mikroverfilmung vorliegen. Ich kann daher keine Kopien von ZB II/Fahrzeugbriefen fertigen und übersenden.
Zum Zwecke der Zulassung des Fahrzeugs in Norwegen kann ich Ihnen die Auskunft erteilen, welche Daten zu dem o. a. Fahrzeug im ZFZR eingetragen sind. Jedoch müssen Sie mir darlegen, dass die Auskunft für die Zulassung benötigt wird und auf andere Weise nicht oder nur mit unverhältnismäßigem Aufwand erlangt werden kann.
In meiner Auskunft sind u. a. das amtliche Kennzeichen, das Datum der Abmeldung, die Nummer der Zulassungsbescheinigung Teil II/Fahrzeugbrief und das Datum der Erstzulassung enthalten. Ferner enthält die Auskunft einen Hinweis darüber, ob für das Fahrzeug ein Suchvermerk gespeichert ist.
Die Auskunft ist gebührenpflichtig. Nach Gebühren-Nr. 141 der Anlage zu § 1 der Gebührenordnung für Maßnahmen im Straßenverkehr vom 26.06.1997 (BGBl I S. 867, 1298) in der jeweils gültigen Fassung ist eine Auskunftsgebühr in Höhe von 10,20 € zu entrichten, die auf das unten angegebene Bankkonto zu überweisen ist. Als Grund der Überweisung ist unbedingt entweder die Fahrzeug-Identifizierungsnummer oder das Aktenzeichen des Kraftfahrt-Bundesamtes anzugeben, damit eine Zuordnung des Geldeinganges erfolgen kann.

Die Auskunft aus dem ZFZR wird Ihnen nach Eingang der Bearbeitungsgebühr umgehend per Post an Ihre o. a. Anschrift zugestellt werden.
Rechtsbehelfsbelehrung
Gegen die Gebührenfestsetzung kann innerhalb eines Monats nach Bekanntgabe
Widerspruch erhoben werden. Der Widerspruch ist beim Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt,
Fördestr. 16, 24944 Flensburg-Mürwik, schriftlich oder zur Niederschrift einzulegen.

The KBA has no originals or copys from any regestrations. But they can send you the needed information for a regestration in Norway, if you prove that it´s absolutely necessary and inevitable for a regestration to get this informations.
The available Informations are - Date of the first regestration -Date of outlisting - licence plate - number of the car licence and if its blacklisted (stolen or something) .
The information costs a charge of 10,20 € and needs to be transfered on the account stated. It has to include your VIN . Your informations will be send to you, when the payment is completed.

first I have to say I think it sucks that they can't reply to you with an english letter. But thats typical bureaucratic "Not-My-Job"-style.
Should you want a more thorough translation, send me a PM.
But for the important part: the payment, it more specifically says:
"The infomation is subject to charges. After [german law for payment fee] a charge of 10,20 € is to pay to the below denoted bank account. The reason for the transfer necessarily has to include either the vehicle identification number (VIN) or the reference number (Aktenzeichen) from the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt so an assignment of your money receipt can be made."

hehe, thnx for the info guys, actually the person sending the letter sendt me a reply in English after I asked for it so it worked out.
Now I guess I only will have to wait for the letter from them....:)
(And then get on with the Norwegian authorities.......hopefully it will work out fine....:) )
And definately will have fun with the car once it's "legal" here...:) (Drove it a bit over 1000 km from Sweden and back to Norway......was a great ride...:) )
Although it got a bit "starting" problems, but I'l figure it out eventually, although any tips on what might cause it is welcome (The car runs fine once it's started).
Also can tell that it's a 95, "low" milage about 119000km, complete service history etc....:). The former owner was a 60+ years old guy, who had driven it about 300km the last 4 years.......but kept it maintained....:)
