MFA vacuum sensor G55

Hello! I´m having problems with consumption readings in my G60. It gives too high values...Bentley manual said that this MFA vacuum sensor might be then broken. How much does it cost in Germany ? And has anybody had similar problems with their cars ??

Thanks for the info....have compare prices to our local. And also ask which one of those will fit mine. 27.4.-3.5. I will be in Germany...and of course I will visit some VW dealer.
