Probably heading down to Germany again later this year - although I haven't decided yet which car I will take with me - either the Corrado VR6 or the 06 Passat 3.2 V6 - but if I'l take the passat I'm thinking of maybe getting the chain replaced in Germany.
Do you guys have any idea what this would cost at a VW shop in Germany, and how long time they would need to have the car for ?.
Also what would such a "service" be called in German ?. (complete with the guides etc etc).
The car is soon turning 100 000km - and not sure I want to take my chances of going further - I guess that was the km the older VR6's started to develope troubles with the chain ? - or is this much improved from the older system ?.
